Spell Card #2

I used the Rune Alphabet from the Wand-Academy group. :3
The title of the card is backwards of english and then into rune! X3

Name of rune spell card: Retwep (English: Pewter, which is another word for metal)
Effects: The ability to summon any chosen ore of metal. The rarer the ore and larger the summoned amount of ore the more energy and knowledge on metals is required from the Metal Element classes.
Amount of magic used to a same-type user:
Common in Small Amounts = 200+
Rare in Small Amounts = 300+ and Average Knowledge Of Metals
Common in Large Amounts = 300+ and Average Knowledge Of Metals
Rare in Large Amounts = 400+ and Great Knowledge Of Metals
Amount of magic used to a non-user: Almost double the effort and knowledge required.
