Double Heart: Chapter 1 - Beginnings

"Morning Eric." Said a young woman, who stood before him.
"Thank you, Er, Tuesday." replied Eric in a shy stuttered voice.
"Let's take a walk together, Eric and Minor." Suggested Tuesday, the woman in front of them.
"Okay, Er, sure, Er no problem." Eric replied in a quiet voice.
Tuesday and Eric started to walk together hand in hand, whilst the boy they named Minor stood there, still and silent. He eventually said, under his breath, not to be heard.
"If you run after two hearts you will catch neither."
He was holding something behind his back. As all faded into darkness, a glimpse of silver was seen.
